Pelvic Floor Training
I get it; no one wants to talk about incontinence. But it’s so much better to work on it than it is to silently suffer through it!
Pelvic Floor Training strengthens the muscles in your hips and pelvis, helping to improve bladder flow and overall health.
Pelvic Core Training is also GREAT for pregnant women who are preparing for labor! Strengthening those muscles can help child birth be less painful and go easier.

Lifecoach/Mindset Strategist

This is a 16 week course designed exclusively for women. I will coach you through this workout plan for your brain, teaching your mind healthy habits and helping you to build up self-confidence, a productive attitude and a positive outlook on life!
