Dates: Prenatal and Birth Prep: Tuesdays at 7-8 pm CT And Post-Partum and General Pelvic Floor 6-6:55pm

Meet your trainer
Hi, I'm Veronica Stephens, a certified personal trainer specializing in pelvic floor health and pre/post-natal care. My journey began with severe hip injuries from soccer and dance, leading me to discover the crucial role of pelvic floor muscles. After extensive training, I overcame my pain and now love helping women with issues like incontinence, hip pain, and pre/post-natal recovery.
Outside of training, I enjoy CrossFit, singing, playing the violin, Spartan races, backpacking in the mountains, relaxing at the beach, and I'm a devoted follower of Christ.
Join our outdoor pelvic floor workouts this summer for a fun, supportive environment. I'm passionate about finding the root causes of health issues and empowering women to live pain-free and resilient lives.
